Our story

Brew Lab started in a garage with two developers, one borrowed kettle, and a strong opinion about pilsner. The garage became a 7-barrel brewhouse, the side project became a taproom, and the opinions stayed.

We brew small batches, name them badly on purpose, and pour them where you can watch the tanks through the glass. Every beer here is a demo. The taproom is too.

  • 7 barrel brewhouse
  • 12 taps
  • 2026 established
A close view of the brewhouse: stainless fermenting tanks on legs, stacked kegs, and a coil of dark hose hung on a tank leg.

Visit the taproom

This taproom is part of the demo too. There is no real location.
